SUMMARY:
Attached
as Exhibit 16-A is a draft Annual Report for 2021. The Districts
enabling legislation requires production of an annual written report of the
activities of the District in the protection and augmentation of water supplies
of the District. The legislation further requires that a public hearing be held
each year regarding the contents of the report before it is
finalized.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended the
Board conduct a public hearing and adopt the proposed 2021 MPWMD Annual Report
with any changes or edits as recommended.
