The Board will review, provide suggested edits, and consider approval
of the draft meeting minutes of the MPWMD Board of Director’s Regular Board

October 10, 2022. The draft minutes are attached as Exhibit 1-A and 1-B
to the staff report. RECOMMENDATION:
