SUMMARY:
At its September 19, 2022 meeting the Board approved the hire of
WellmanAd as the District’s outside public outreach consultant. At its August
22, 2022 (Agenda Item 4) meeting the Public Outreach Committee considered an
update or redesign of the District website as one of the responsibilities of a
consultant it its scope of services (see Exhibit 23-A, attached).
Staff have met to discuss a scope
of work for update/redesign of the website, resulting in the WellmanAd proposed
scope of work, attached as Exhibit 23-B.
RECOMMENDATION: The Finance and Administration Committee recommends
that the Board approve expenditure of up to $19,500, plus a contingency of
approximately 10% for a total not to exceed $21,450 for website upgrade and
redesign.
