SUMMARY: At its August 19, 2024 meeting the District Board approved a job description, salary range, and authorize a search for the Assistant General Manager position. The District’s Human Resources Coordinator received quotes for scope of services from three recruiting firms:

RECOMMENDATION: The General Manager recommends the Board approve an amount not to exceed $37,000 for conducting a search for Assistant General Manager.
