SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 13-A
is a draft 2025 Legislative Advocacy Plan.
This is a renewal of the 2024 plan which was significantly revised by
the Legislative Advocacy Committee in March 2023. It has been updated to
reflect 2025 activities.
RECOMMENDATION: The General
Manager recommends the Board of Directors review and adopt the proposed 2025 Legislative
Advocacy Plan.
