SUMMARY: The Ad Hoc Water Supply Planning Committee was formed by the Board on November 17, 2008. Directors Doyle, Edwards, Brower and Markey (alternate) were appointed to the committee; however, a committee Chair was not designated. At the first meeting of the committee on December 9, 2008, the members present (Doyle, Brower and Markey) agreed to defer the election of a Chair to a subsequent meeting when Director Edwards could participate.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the committee elect a Chair.
