SUMMARY: District staff and counsel will summarize key legal and technical issues that have been raised related to development of the Seaside Basin Groundwater Replenishment Project. These issues relate to ownership of recycled water produced at the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency (MRWPCA) treatment plant and conveyance pipeline.
RECOMMENDATION: The Committee should consider the information presented and provide further direction. No action is required.
