SUMMARY: Exhibit 8-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for October 2007. Exhibit 8-B and Exhibit 8-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period October 1-31, 2007. Check Nos. 36484 through 36695, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $357,205.87. Exhibit 8-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending October 31, 2007.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the October 2007 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month. The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its January 15, 2007 meeting and voted __ to __ to recommend ______________.
