SUMMARY: Exhibit 6-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for August 2009. Exhibit 6-B and Exhibit 6-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period August 1-31, 2009. Check Nos. 1513 through 1754, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $439,076.91. Exhibit 6-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending August 31, 2009.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the August 2009 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month. The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its January 20, 2010 meeting and voted __ to __ to recommend ______________.
