SUMMARY: Exhibit 7-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for October 2009.  Exhibit 7-B and Exhibit 7-C are listings of cash disbursements for the period October 1-31, 2009.  Check Nos. 2038 through 2330, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $535,074.66.  Exhibit 7-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending October 31, 2009.

 

RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the October 2009 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.  The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its February 12, 2010 meeting and voted __ to __ to recommend ______________.
