SUMMARY: Exhibit 8-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for July 2010.  Exhibit 8-B and Exhibit 8-C are listings of check disbursements for the period July 1-31, 2010.  Check Nos. 4963 through 5278, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks and payroll tax deposits resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $551,902.53.  That amount included conservation rebates of $43,261.01.  Exhibit 8-D reflects the financial statements for the month ending July 31, 2010.

 

RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the July 2010 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.  The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its December 6, 2010 meeting and voted __ to __ to recommend ______________.
