SUMMARY: Exhibit 5-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for December 2011. Exhibit 5-B, Exhibit 5-C and Exhibit 5-D are listings of check disbursements for the period December 1-31, 2011. Check Nos. 9771 through 9925, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks, payroll tax deposits, line of credit interest payment and bank charges resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $738,202.10. There were no checks issued for conservation rebates during this period. Exhibit 5-E reflects the financial statements for the month ending December 31, 2011.
RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the December 2011 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month. The Administrative Committee reviewed this item at its March 12, 2012 meeting and voted __ to __ to recommend ______________.
