SUMMARY: Exhibit 6-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for August 2012.  Exhibit 6-B, Exhibit 6-C and Exhibit 6-D are listings of check disbursements for the period August 1-31, 2012.  Check Nos. 11052 through 11239, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks, payroll tax deposits, line of credit interest payment and bank charges resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $492,305.  There were no checks issued for conservation rebates during this period.  Exhibit 6-E reflects the draft financial statements for the month ending August 31, 2012. 

RECOMMENDATION: District staff recommends adoption of the August 2012 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.
