	15.	Consider Second Reading of Ordinance No. 160 – Comprehensive Changes to MPWMD Rules and Regulations for Water Distribution System Permits
		Action: The Board will consider the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 160, which amends and clarifies the Water Distribution System permit process to be more streamlined, avoid duplication with other agencies, conform to water rights laws, and protect key water resource areas.  If approved the ordinance will amend Rules 11, 20, 21, 22 and 173 effective May 21, 2014.
