	3.	Receive Action Minutes of February 26, 2007 Committee Meeting
	4.	Presentation on Regional Urban Water Augmentation Project by Marina Coast Water District and Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency
		Representatives from the Marina Coast Water District and the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency will provide an overview of the Regional Urban Water Augmentation Project, and respond to questions from Committee members.
	5.	Presentation on Groundwater Replenishment Project by the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency
		A representative from the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency will provide an overview of the Groundwater Replenishment Project, and respond to questions from Committee members.
	6.	Public Comment on the Regional Urban Water Augmentation Project and the Groundwater Replenishment Project Individual comments will be limited to three (3) minutes in length.
	7.	Committee Comments on Regional Urban Water Augmentation Project and the Groundwater Replenishment Project This is the opportunity for committee members to express their initial opinions on the merits and drawbacks of both projects.
	8.	Approach to Development of Final Report and Report Format Review approach to development of the Final Report to the Board of Directors. Public comment will be received.

	Committee Members: Please submit your questions on the proposed Long-Term Water Supply Project/Desalination in Sand City (Monterey Peninsula Water Management District.) That project will be discussed at the April 23, 2007 CAC meeting.
