SUMMARY: Approximately $17 million of remaining Proposition 84 Implementation Grants funds are expected to be made available to the Central Coast region in 2014/15. Applications are expected to be due by winter of next year. The District needs to develop a strategy that will ensure a successful grant application. The Monterey Peninsula IRWM region has not ever received an implementation grant award.
