	1.	Receive Minutes of September 3, 2009 Committee Meeting
		Action: Review and receive minutes of September 3, 2009.
	2.	Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Ordinance No. 140, Amending the Rebate Program Amounts, Deleting 1.6 Gallon Per Flush Toilets from the Rebate Program, and Adding Rebates for Lawn Removal, Synthetic Turf Installation, and Other Commercial/Industrial/Institutional Retrofits
		Action: The committee will review the proposed ordinance and develop a recommendation for Board consideration at the first reading scheduled for October 19, 2009.

	3.	Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding Bifurcating Amendments to the Conservation Regulation to Delay Requirements for High Efficiency Toilets and Revisions that Affect Table 4: Ultra-Low Consumption Appliance Credits
		Action: The committee will review the proposed conservation regulations and make a recommendation to the Board on how to proceed with amendments to Regulation XIV, Water Conservation.
	Comments by Policy and Technical Advisory Committee Members Committee members may comment on a matter within the jurisdiction of the MPWMD. No discussion or action is appropriate other than referral to staff or setting a matter as a future agenda item.
