Receive Minutes of March 6, 2008 Committee Meeting

Action: Review and receive committee meeting minutes.

 

 

 

2.

Review and Develop Recommendation to the Board on the Revised Draft Public Outreach Plan 

Action: Review the revised Draft Public Outreach Plan and develop a recommendation for Board consideration on April 21, 2008.

 

 

 

 

3.

Discuss and Develop Recommendation to the Board on Conducting Public Outreach to Inform Citizens about the Proposed Ordinance that would Amend Regulation XV, Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan and Subject  the Inland Area of the Seaside Basin to the Conservation and Rationing Regulations 

Action:  Develop a recommendation to the Board on conducting public outreach related to the proposed ordinance that is scheduled for first reading on May 19, 2008.

4.

Review Public Outreach Efforts re Draft Cease and Desist Order

Staff will report on the public outreach measures taken by the District.

 

 

 

5.

Update on Plans for Conducting Public Outreach at the Pacific Grove Good Old Days Celebration

Director Doyle will update the committee on plans for setting up an informational booth at the April 12 and 13, 2008, Good Old Days Celebration.
