Discuss Public Outreach Effort Related to MPWMD Hearing Scheduled for August 18, 2008, to Consider Adoption of Ordinance No. 135 with Urgent Effect

Action:  Discuss options for advising the public about the August 18, 2008 public hearing when the Board will consider adoption of Ordinance No. 135 with urgent effect.
