Priorities for Public Outreach Related to April 22, 2010 Decision of Santa
Clara County Superior Court to Lift the Stay on State Water Resource Control
Board Cease and Desist Order No. WR 2009-0060
The
committee discussed the issue and requested that staff develop a document that
lists frequently asked questions regarding the Cease and Desist Order (CDO),
including responses. The document should be prepared immediately and posted on
the District’s website. The committee
also suggested that staff contact the State Water Resources Control Board and
request clarification of enumerated item 2, on page 57 of the CDO, “Cal-Am
