SUMMARY:
On October 20, 2011, the Public Outreach Committee reviewed a calendar
of potential public outreach events for 2011/2012. That updated list is
provided as Exhibit 6-A. Exhibit
6-B is an updated and more detailed list
on scheduled participation in outreach events over the next two months.
RECOMMENDATION: The committee should review the list of scheduled outreach events and offer any comments or recommendations to staff.
