SUMMARY: During its March 8 meeting, the Public Outreach Committee reviewed a six-month media plan, as well as a listing of upcoming events. Those two items have been updated and combined as Exhibit 6-A.

RECOMMENDATION: The committee should review the outreach plan and offer any comments or recommendations to staff.
