SUMMARY:  Beginning in February 2012, the District began public outreach on the proposed user fee, now the water supply charge. Outreach efforts leading up to the June 12 Board meeting included the following:

RECOMMENDATION: The committee should review the outreach conducted and discuss any future outreach based on implementing the new water supply charge, or countering further opposition efforts.
