A.      Develop Recommendation on Modifications to Proposed Ordinance No. 112 – Elimination of Ex Parte Communication Rules     

           Action:  The committee will discuss the text of draft Ordinance No. 112 and provide direction on amendments for referral to the Board. This item was continued from the March 29, 2004 committee meeting.  Public comment will be received on this item.

 

 

 

 

 

 

B.      Consider Approval of Minutes from March 29, 2004 Committee   Meeting

 

 

 

 

 

 

C.       Develop Recommendation on Draft Ordinance No. 116 – Carmel River Advisory Committee Member Terms

Action:  The committee will review the draft text of an ordinance that would change District rules regarding appointments to the Carmel River Advisory Committee.  The committee’s recommendation will be referred to the Board for the first reading of the ordinance on April 19, 2004.  Public comment will be received on this item.
