1.4.2	Rescind Second Bathroom Special Fixture Accounting	Remove second bathroom special fixture accounting requirements.
1.4.3	Amend Second Bathroom Addition Using Special Fixture Accounting with the installation of ultra-low flow appliances.	Amend requirements for permanent installation of low-water using appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, instant-access hot water, 1.0 or 0.5 gallon-per-flush toilets when using the second bathroom special fixture accounting ordinance.
1.4A	Amend Second Bathroom Addition.	Remove requirements for permanent installation of low-water using appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, instant-access hot water, 1.0 or 0.5 gallon-per-flush toilets when using the second bathroom special fixture accounting ordinance.
1.5	Pool Connected to A Private Well	Installation and maintenance of a pool shall be permanently connected to a private well at no time amy water be supplied by Cal-Am.
1.5.2	Irrigation Connected to A Private Well	All Irrigation shall be permanently connected to a private well to establish a Water Use Credit; at no time amy water be supplied by Cal-Am.
1.6	Disconnection of SFD from Cal-Am to service by a Private Well	Structures and improvements shall be permanently connected to a private well to establish a Water Use Credit; at no time amy water be supplied by Cal-Am.
1.7.0	Temporary Water Permit Requirements for a Residential Use.	Maximum permitted temporary Residential water use with an established dateline.

2.1	Access to Water Use Receiving Sites From a Water Use Credit Transfer	To obtain owner authorization to retrieve, collect, compile and report water use data for the receiving site. Authorizes the District to obtain information from California-American Water Company (Cal-Am). Sites subject to approval of a Water Use Credit Transfer authorize public access to water use data for a period of ten years (five prior to transfer and five after transfer).
2.1.1	Access to Water Use Originating Site From a Water Use Credit Transfer	To obtain owner authorization to retrieve, collect, compile and report water use data for the originating site. Authorizes the District to obtain information from California-American Water Company (Cal-Am). Sites subject to approval of a Water Use Credit Transfer authorize public access to water use data for a period of ten years (five prior to transfer and five after transfer).
2.2	Access to Water Use Second Bathroom Addition	To obtain owner authorization to retrieve, collect, compile and report water use data for the specific property using the special fixture accounting ordinance to add a second bathroom. Authorizes the District to obtain information from California-American Water Company (Cal-Am). Sites subject to approval of a Water Use Credit Transfer authorize public access to water use data for a period of ten years (five prior to transfer and five after transfer).
2.2.1	Rescind Public Access	Remove restriction regarding the special fixture accounting ordinance that is no longer be used to add a second bathroom.
2.3	Special Circumstances Applications	Special circumstances are deemed to exist in single-family dwellings; dual system provides sub-potable water for exterior use.
2.2A	Amend Access to Water Use Second Bathroom Addition	Amend or remove owner authorization to retrieve, collect, compile and report water use data for the specific property using the special fixture accounting ordinance to add a second bathroom. Authorizes the District to obtain information from California-American Water Company (Cal-Am). Sites subject to approval of a Water Use Credit Transfer authorize public access to water use data for a period of ten years (five prior to transfer and five after transfer).
2.4	Affordable Housing	Housing that is affordable to moderate-income households in compliance with standards set by the California Department of Housing
2.5	Low-Income Housing	Housing that is affordable to low-income and very low-income households in compliance with standards set by the California Department of Housing
3.1	Permit Violation	To notice a permit violation including fees owed for fixtures added without a permit.
3.2	Non-Compliance with Water Conservation Requirements	To notice that a property has not met the District's water conservation requirements of 1.6 gallon per flush toilets; 2.5 gallon per minute showerheads; and 2.2 gallon per minute faucet aerators.
3.3.1	Well Registration	To notice that a property has not complied with the well registration requirements.
3.3.2	Well Reporting	To notice that a property has not complied with the well reporting requirements.
3.3.3	Well Metering	To notice that a property has not complied with the well metering requirements.
3.4	Water Distribution System Without a Permit	To notice a property where there is a water distribution system operating without a permit.
3.5	Riparian Corridor Violation	To notice that a property owner has violated the river management and/or river work regulations
3.6	Notice of Compliance	Remove Notice of Non-Compliance with water conservation requirements.
3.6.1	Notice of Proof of Payment of Excess Water Use Surcharges	Remove Notice of Lien for surcharge assessed as a result of water uses in excess of amounts allowed.
3.6.2	Notice of Compliance for Proof of Water Conservation Retrofit	Remove Notice of Transfer of Title proof of water conservation retrofit.
