A Resolution Of The Board Of Directors Of The Monterey Peninsula Water Management District To Amend Fee Schedule For Water Distribution System Permits

Resolved by the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District (MPWMD) that the application and permit processing fees charged for Water Distribution System (WDS) permits shall be amended, pursuant to Ordinance No. 120 adopted on second reading on March 21, 2005 and effective April 20, 2005. Specifically, the Fees and Charges Table (Attachment 1 to Ordinance No. 120, section titled “Action on Any Permit”) shall be amended as shown in Attachment 1 to this Resolution.
