			The public may comment on any item within the District’s jurisdiction. Please limit your comments to three minutes in length.
	Action Items -- Public comment will be received on all Action Items
	1.	Receive Minutes of August 7, 2007 Committee Meeting Action: Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting.
	2.	Review and Develop a Recommendation to the Board on the First Reading Version of an Ordinance to Amend the Process by which the District Enforces its Rules and Regulations Action: The Committee will review and discuss the first reading version of a draft ordinance establishing an administrative citation process for enforcing compliance with District Rules and Regulations. The Committee will consider making a recommendation on this draft ordinance for Board review on October 15, 2007. The administrative citation process would provide the District with an enforcement alternative, and enable improved and more consistent rule compliance, reduced obstacles, cost and time delays that result from criminal or civil enforcement, and result in a more uniform application of the District’s rules and procedures.
