*Unless otherwise indicated, the
fine amount for a second violation of the same rule by the same Person within a
twelve (12) month period shall be and equal two hundred percent (200%) of the
fine amount listed in this schedule for a first violation of that rule at the
time of the second violation. A third
and subsequent violation of the same rule by the same Person within a twelve
(12) month period shall be and equal five hundred percent (500%) of the fine
amount listed in the schedule for a first violation of that rule at the time of
the third or, as applicable, subsequent violation.
