draft ordinance that allows two Water Distribution Systems to serve a single
structure. |

Action:
The committee will review the first draft of an
ordinance that adds a new exemption to Rule 20-C for pre-existing,
non-conforming Water Distribution Systems that have a unique history, and for
which normal permit protocol may not be reasonable or practicable. |
