Discuss Conceptual Ordinance No. 124 – Clarifying Rules Related to Water Permits and Credits Action: The TAC will continue reviewing the conceptual ordinance, provide feedback to staff on any additional suggested changes, and potentially make a recommendation to the Board of Directors. Public comment will be received.
