2-A is a staff report that will be presented to the Board of
Directors which includes the proposed policy regarding installation of dual
plumbing systems (Exhibit 11-A).
RECOMMENDATION: The committee should review Enclosure 2-A and Exhibit 11-A, discuss the proposed policy, and develop a recommendation that will be submitted to the Board of Directors for consideration on September 22, 2008.
