SUMMARY: In May 2008, Sarah Hardgrave was elected to the position of Chair, and Todd Bennett was elected to the position of Vice Chair to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). According to section 3.c of the Charge to the TAC, the Chair and Vice Chair shall be elected by the committee members annually, or biennially at the first meeting conducted in the calendar year.

RECOMMENDATION: The committee should accept nominations for the positions of Chair and Vice Chair, and conduct the election. The committee may want to specify if the terms shall be for one or two years.
