HISTORY OF FIXTURE UNIT METHODOLOGY
District Counsel David Laredo will present a historical overview of the water fixture unit methodology at the beginning of the meeting. This information is being presented to provide the new committee members with background information relevant to many of the issues discussed by the Water Demand Committee. Mr. Laredo has served as District Counsel since 1978.
