	2.	Consider Modifications to District Rule 25.5 (Water Use Credits) Action: The committee will discuss modifying the provisions of Rule 25.5 to allow redevelopment projects additional time to use a documented Water Use Credit. Public comment will be received.
	3.	Consider Modifications to the Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan Action: The committee will discuss proposed modifications to the Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan and direct staff on additional changes that may be suggested. Public comment will be received.
