	1.	Receive Minutes of August 2, 2005 Committee Meeting Action: Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting. Public comment will be received on this item.
	2.	Discuss and Provide Feedback on Amendments to District Rules 11, 20, 21 and 23 Related to Policies and Procedures in the Water Demand Division Action: The committee will review and discuss proposed amendments to District Rules 11, 20, 21 and 23 that were requested by the committee at the August 2, 2005 meeting. Public comment will be received on this item.
