SUMMARY: At the September 8, 2005 Board Strategic
Planning Session, the Board requested each committee review or create a
committee “charge.” Attached as Exhibit 4-A is the charge of the Water Demand Committee that the committee approved
on July 26, 2000. The charge was not
considered by the Board.
RECOMMENDAITON: The committee should review the charge and make edits for review by the Board at its December meeting.
