Action:  Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting. 

 

 

 

 

2.

Discuss Edits to Ordinance No. 125, Including Possible Addition of Public Water Credit Transfer Clarification Language to Rule 28

Action:  The committee will review several proposed clarifications to Rule 28 related to transferring water credits from public authority uses.

 

 

 

 

 

3.

Discussion of MRWPCA Groundwater Replenishment Project Public Outreach

Action:  Lois Humphreys of TRG and Associates, the public outreach consultant for Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency’s proposed Groundwater Replenishment Project, will give an oral presentation and lead a discussion on the Groundwater Replenishment Project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.

Discuss Appropriate Water Use Factor and Provide Feedback for Day Spas – Table II:  Comercial Water Use Factors

Action:  The committee will discuss the concept of applying Rule 24, Special Circumstances with Substantial Uncertainty to water applications for Day Spas that include “wet” services.
