	Action Items – Public comment will be received on all Action Items
	1.	Receive Minutes of November 16, 2006 Committee Meeting Action: Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting.
	2.	Review Preliminary Draft Ordinance No. 128 of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District, Clarifying Terms, Rules and Policies Related to Water Distribution Systems, Water Permits, Water Use Permits, Water Credits, and the Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan Action: The committee will review the draft ordinance, make possible changes, and provide its recommendation to the full Board.
	3.	Discuss and Recommend Incentives for Converting Potable Landscape Irrigation to Recycled Water Irrigation Action: The committee will consider water credit incentives for parcels where potable water irrigation is replaced with recycled water irrigation.
