SUMMARY: Staff is requesting the Water Demand Committee consider reinstating the rebate for High Efficiency Clothes Washers for Non-Residential Users and consider allowing rebates for more than 20 toilet retrofits at public facilities. The current rules do not allow either of these rebates at this time.
Staff will provide additional information regarding this item at the committee meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the Water Demand Committee discuss this item and consider a recommendation to the Board.
