SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 7-A is a printout of a presentation given to the District’s Carmel River Advisory Committee (CRAC) on August 4, 2011, by John Kilpatrick, California American Water Engineering Manager for their Coastal Division, and Richard Svindland, Director of Engineering in California. This was in response to a request from CRAC that California American Water report on how diversions on the Carmel River will change once the Regional Water Supply Project is online. District staff will be prepared to respond to questions from the committee should they wish to discuss this item.
