SUMMARY: Attached for committee review is a draft Local Water Project Grant Application (Exhibit 2-A) developed by staff, and based on previous committee discussions regarding creation of a grant program.

RECOMMENDATION: The Committee should discuss Exhibit 2-A and consider development of a recommendation for Board consideration.
