SUMMARY: The attached Table 5 is populated following the fourth quarter of a water year and filed with the State Water Board by California American Water in a quarterly compliance filing. Exhibit 4-A shows the data following the 2018-19 water year.

The table is intended to show compliance with the Cease and Desist Order Effective Diversion Limit (EDL). District staff will describe the computation to the Committee at its meeting.
