completion of strategic planning initiatives developed by the Board at the
September 29, 2004 Strategic Planning Session.
Exhibit 15-A is an
abbreviated version of the 2004/2005 Strategic Plan that lists only items
completed or in progress.
Alternatively, at the Board’s request staff can provide the complete
Strategic Plan in future staff notes, but the document will be much longer than
the report presented in this packet.
