SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 7-A is Resolution 2014-12 to amend Rule 24, Table 2: Non-Residential Water Use Factors. This resolution was adopted on June 23, 2014; however, the amended Table 2 referenced in the resolution was not provided when the resolution was presented for adoption. The action taken on June 23, 2014 was incomplete without presentation of Table 2. In order to correct this situation, staff has presented Resolution 2014-12 for adoption again, along with Table 2.

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution 2014-12 and Table 2: Non Residential Water Use Factors.
