Hearing 2nd Reading: Staff report posted to website
After Adoption:
- Prepare
a “fact sheet” highlighting rule changes
- Post
ordinance and fact sheet on website
- Provide
copy of ordinance and fact sheet to all Planning and Building Departments,
City and Airport District Manager, County Supervisors
- Offer
to meet with jurisdiction’s staff to review new policies
- Deliver
handouts/applications to jurisdiction, when applicable
- Provide
copies to public at District office (upon request)
