	1.	Receive Minutes of the August 5, 2008 Meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee Action: The committee will review and receive the minutes.
	2.	Develop Recommendation to the Board of Directors on Draft MPWMD Policy Regarding Installation of Dual Plumbing Systems Action: The committee will review and develop a recommendation to the Board of Directors on adoption of a written policy regarding use of more than one source of supply on a property, that is, water served by California American Water (CAW) and water served by a non-CAW source such as a well, onsite cistern or other source.  The policy addresses three potential settings involving potable and non-potable water use.
	Discussion Items – Public comment will be received on all items. Please limit your comments to three minutes in length.
	3.	Discuss Coordination with Monterey County and Cities in the District Regarding Establishment of Regulations Allowing Greywater, Rainwater and Recycled Water Systems to Encourage Household, Business and City Water Catchment, Storage and Reuse The committee will initiate the discussion regarding what laws and regulations should be changed to facilitate greywater use.

	4.	Update on Status of State Water Resources Control Board Deliberations re Draft Cease and Desist Order
