Receive Minutes of September 18, 2007 Committee Meeting

Action:  Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting.

 

 

 

 

2.

Review and Discuss Draft Concept Ordinance – Adding A Process for Sub-Potable Water Use Credits to the District’s Rules and Regulations

Action:  The committee will review the draft ordinance, suggest changes and develop a recommendation for Board consideration on adoption of new rules establishing and allowing potential transfer of  sub-potable water use credits.

 

 

 

 

3.

Continue Review of Contingency Implementation Plan for Stages 4 through 7 of the Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan

Action:  The committee will review the Draft Contingency Plan and provide comments that could be incorporated prior to review by the full Board, which is anticipated to occur on November 19, 2007.  The Draft Contingency Plan is being developed so that procedures are in place should it be necessary to implement increased levels of water use restrictions in the future.
