The Water Demand Division (WDD) is responsible for providing information
and educating the public of the need for water conservation and water
demand management. This
division assists other agencies and the general public in understanding
conservation and permit requirements, and ensures that District water
conservation rules are carried out. Our staff reviews permit
applications and issues water permits. Our Conservation Representatives
perform inspections on properties to ensure compliance with water
conservation standards, rules and regulations, as well as water permit
specifications. Our division assists in research, analysis, and
reporting on water demand management and conservation programs.
