		Action: The committees will consider receipt of committee minutes.
	2.	Review and Consider Adoption of Charge for Policy Advisory Committee Action: The committee will review a draft charge for the Policy Advisory Committee. The Board of Directors has requested that all committees have a formal charge. The TAC reviewed this charge at its November 1, 2005 meeting. Public comment will be received.
	3.	Review and Consider Adoption of Charge for Technical Advisory Committee Action: The committee will review a draft charge for the Technical Advisory Committee. The Board of Directors has requested that all committees have a formal charge. The TAC reviewed this charge at its November 1, 2005 meeting. Public comment will be received.
