Action: The committee will review two new deed restriction templates, and make a
recommendation to the Board. |

Action: The committee will consider confirming
recent administrative direction by the General Manager for the processing of
Water Distribution System applications that involve wells in the Carmel
Valley Alluvial Aquifer. The Committee will make a recommendation to
the MPWMD Board for consideration at its October 16, 2006 regular
meeting. |
